About the Program
Our academic plan in Psychology provides a broad curriculum designed to help you develop an understanding and appreciation of the lawfulness of behavior. Our approach emphasizes theoretical foundations, empirical research and practical applications of psychological knowledge. You will gain understanding of the biological, social and cultural influences on the thought, emotions and behavior of individuals and be prepared for employment in business, community agency work or other professional areas in which a scientific understanding of human behavior is beneficial. Graduates of this program earn one of the most flexible degrees available making them well-suited in any profession, including human services, social service work, business or marketing, public administration, law enforcement and education.
