Bilingual/Multicultural Education & English as a Second Language (ESL)
About the Program
If you are interested in learning about bilingual education and the methodology of teaching English as a Second Language, you might consider this 36-credit-hour plan. This program includes the Arizona-state required Structured English Immersion (SEI) courses. The completion of these courses will qualify you for the state-required SEI endorsement, as well as for the extended ESL endorsement. Students will also have the opportunity of earning an ESL certificate, which is helpful to those who are planning a career outside of the United States.
